Anyone tried advertised yourself on beer mats? Does it work? Any advice would be great.

dad tryed it for a bit bit costy for return of work/sales as through away get ripped ect ! but better idea is printing laminating your local's menu's sell about 5 add's on the back to local business's you have the 6th i had 1 for removal work & got a few job's off it there is a carpet cleaner on our's & he's happy with just a few job's now & then off that & parish mag

Stick with a basic marketing mix with proven results, directory, leaflets, direct mail etc. All these additional things like menus, beer mats, calenders, fire safety booklets very rarely give an acceptable return.
Most importantly work on the customers you already have. Regular contact is essential, even if its just a post card.
