It's a one-off (don't normally do them but we do a lot of other work for the guy, he rents this out).
All exterior windows and balustrade glass both sides. There's about 6 windows on the left hand side too.. (http://www.cleanitup.co.uk/smf/1440159735_image.jpg)(http://www.cleanitup.co.uk/smf/1440159733_image.jpg)

what are you taking the pics with?
Iphone maybe ;D

They look fine on my iPhone 👍

My understanding is Iphone codes the pics and the phone will adjust the pic automatically but on a standard pc or android phone they with look upside down etc depending on the orientation as they can't read the iphone code.
Apple is aware of this but is not interested in a fix as have been like that for years.
The only way to get around this is to make sure you hold the iphone with the camera lens to the top left corner when taking any pics. Same goes for ipad's too.

The reason the house looks smaller is that I re-sized the pics to fit the page.

Yep used my iPhone. I will make sure the camera lens is I the top left hand corner from now on. Thanks for the help! :)
Price probably around £120. Was just wondering.

As a one off then i'd put it at £70-£80. Won't take too long either

If the frames are dirty these sash and case windows can be a real PIA , not so bad if you get a regular clean after the initial clean, that way you don't mind spending the extra time getting the frames up to scratch as you get the benefit of them being clean on subsequent cleans. Personally if the frames were dirty I wouldn't touch it as a 1 off

Or charge a really high price for the hassle

Asked for a quote recently by a couple who couldn't make their mind up whether to be regular or one offs I decided, no messing and charged £30 for a job that would on a regular be £10. They still tried to hassle me down to £15 but I stuck to my quote. I'm glad I did as though they didn't look too bad they turned out to be quite time consuming. The first thing I ask any enquirer now is, 'Are we talking one off or regular?' and if there's any doubt charge for one off.

id say it could take over 2 hours to clean that property to a good standard depending how dirty it is plus driving to and from the job so id go with £120.
then if it takes 2 hours.happy days.if 3 hours your still making £40 an hour.
its easy to underprice one off jobs.if it takes 3 hours id be unhappy with £70-£80 myself.

How bad are they ? How much crud is going to be distributed on to the cladding and streak? Grey hides a lot of filth. Explain that one away before your expected to clean THE WHOLE HOUSE gratis :o.......because YOU made the mess :-\....we've all had one.......£120 for the windows easy and probs. 2 hours. First clean, so double your hourly. Cladding optional............. ;)
