Title: what am i doing wrong

have a custie he asked for pw service gave quote  200 all in
called next month  cleaning done......
next month  rather guiltily he said we had them done by the Irish chaps.  job  just about  ok, a little expensive then spent an hour arguing about the price it just went up as they were doing the job   I kept it to 770  . I said I quoted 200   he said I know but they were there .
then he said they did next door 800. I quoted 250 and over there 900 I quoted 275 
I gave them all written quotes took photos and everything  with insurance details etc. sign written van . the job they did was terrible what am I doing wrong?

Apparently they apply  sealer in the water too...
That is what you are doing wrong as they think ok I will pay more to get it sealed aswell.   ;D

What pees me off with travellers they manly pray on old folk as are easy targets to rip them off?

Don't tar them all with the same brush smurf, I know some good lads who are very professional.

Do pressure wash with tar as well ?

No wonder they look like the Yorkshire dales when they've finished the drive  ;D

 don't be silly as they would not be able to tar wafer thin if they did  ;D
