Is it reading 8 after your D.I (resin) or actually after the membrane?(before D.I)

What's your tap reading because this will go up and down at different times of the year which will send your rejection rate up  mate..

You shouldn't be getting over 10 tds really with a tap read out like this..
2 or 4 is more like it..

What size membrane 4040??

It does seem like its risen too quickly mate, usually you should get 95% off the solids taken out (so around 4ppm)

What type of membranes are you using (40/40 or 150gpd) and do you flush regularly?
Also, what pressure do you have running through the R.O?

(Edit - avo beat me to it!)
