Hi Angelo, we carry a product called Bio-Kleen Tar, Gum, and Adhesive label remover, just spray it on and allow two minutes dwell time, just use a damp microfiber cloth or damp microcleaning hand pad to remove dissolved residues, if you require any further information Angelo you can email info@jskcleaning.ie regards Tadgh

We have just removed 292M2 of it from 4 lobbies and toilets in an office block. We have 4 more levels to do in a couple of weeks. I would much rather do tbem with your spray and wipe stuff rather than using a Hercules grinder and pavelux as it took us around 4 hours a floor. How much of your product will I need? How much is it?

Hi Kevin, its €19.60 per 1 liter bottle. comes with a flip top cap for applying small amounts to the required spot/area, or you can place a trigger spray head onto the bottle for spray application, its a ready to use solution hard to quantify how much you would need as it all depends how old and how heavy the residues are which need removing. regards Tadgh

It is about 15-20mm thick and it's is everywhere. I would guess it is around 20 years old and rock hard. Based on that info using your experience of how much you used on the last commercial job you did and bearing in mind each of these floors are around 70-75M2 how much do you estimate I will need?

Hi Kevin, if its that thick and 20 years old you would require a serious amount, and probably wouldn't justify the costs, better to use mechanical application for such a large job.

Bitumen off concrete….Diesel.

Get back to your cross dressing ;D I can just see me stinking an office building out with Diesel. How do you write the RAMS for that then?

Costs are not important this is a refurb of a 40 odd year old office building! Roughly based on your experience of previous commercial work how much do you think I will need?

Kevin, at 15 to 20 mm thick and 20 years old it would require an enormous amount of solution i would find it hard to estimate how much, can you get your hands on one of those mechanical floor scrapers i have seen large tiling contractors use them for removing old layers of glue etc, i think they are belt-driven with an oscillating blade system, i have seen the blades they use about eight inches wide but seriously sharp and hardened to tackle your problem, i am sure the likes of HSS would have them to hire out. i would think one of these would make short work of it and save having to use any solution or maybe just a small amount to remove any left over residues. You empty highly flammable solvent all over floors in confined spaces..can't see the difference.
Hit it with a https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BtvriVgBjW8
Spray it will diesel, agitate with a wobbly-weebly with a medium to hard rotary brush, add some sodium hydroxide…scrub again Wet vac. ph natural soap ,scrub , rinse and vac .

Hi Chris, now that's what you call a proper scraper even though the belt-driven type with oscillating blade system should suffice for Kevin's job.

I have one! It was built by Lagler in Germany. It will not budge it! Those scrapers are brilliant for taking up floors but are useless for removing the remaining residue it was the first thing I tried that was why we ground it off. Its OK I will do the other floors the same way. No chemicals involved and relatively quick using the Klindex Hercules set to DCS
