Does anyone know how you print invoices off for a day's jobs. Please?

Go to planner then click on job you want invoice for then at bottom of box it say's save , invoice, delete click on invoice . Invoice comes up click print then another box comes up check its connected to correct printer and paper size click ok .
If your doing invoice for tomorrow change invoice date
