has any one tryed these poles i had a quick go at the show  they felt very nice luved the fiel of the clamps to im thinking about trying one!

To be honest there seems to be mostly Gardiner pole users on here including myself and once you start using them you
don't tend to look elsewhere.
Hard to beat for quality and price.

Transverse clamping :o who'd av thot it, after slating transverse clamps in the past.

Your right, wasn't transverse clamps difficult to use, slower, pinched your fingers, unreliable, and gardiners had totally fallen behind the times ? - according to a certain Mr F ?

ive got a slx22 at the minit but just fancied a change realy this pole and the xline stood  out ,last time i changed from a clx to a facelift pheonix carbon 22 it wore out in less than a year ::)roll

i found the pheonix clamps had no bite and not mch adjustment in them i was a bit gutted as i payed £300 odd for it to  i also had a stiff section wich was a pain till it wore in

ive been using gardiner poles for years and i cant see me changing anytime soon.great poles,quick delivery,great customer service.what more do you want? ;D

mr fox is not the best salesman in the world is he? ;D

 ;D. gardners r very good poles an service is a1 im only a hour or so away from gardners wich is nce i can just pop in any time if i need a pole quick just fansy a change ill probly try a  pheonix edge just to c what there all about  ;D but probly end up thinking i should have just stayed with  my trusted slx poles ::)roll

You kept that quiet about using Gardiners poles  :o
