what is the best method to clean sisal carpets.........................is it possible to use hwe??
the customer has browing and water stains.....room is about 4m x 5m

i am not going to clean this carpet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
not worth the risk.....................i will do as others...and walk away!!!!

you problay read my old topic, i shrank one, opps.
though a bad stain came up fine, before it started to pull at grippers making gap at edges. :-[
give the job to a company you don't like ;D ;D ;D

I was just wodering if your Scrubber could be used to brush in the dry compound.
if you were to clean another sizal carpet

maybe ??? im not sure.
i have no experience of dry cleaning, as i understand a substance/materail soaked in solvent? is spinkled down then worked in with rotary, how is it noramaly extracted after?
i guess it could be used without needing the hwe machine, just using the scrubbers brushes ???

craig..................if it was u who shrunk a sisal by 8" then yes that put me off!!!!!!
i told customer that i can clean it but the risk of shrinkage was a certaintity
that put her off!!1
she will buy a new carpet!!! ;D ;D ;D

I tried to clean one once, it was like somthing out star trek as it slowley moved from the edges and srank before my very eyes, scary. will never ever try it again, never ever!!!

no not me, mine was 1/2" and i did manage to shretch it back, just!
so lucky no claim, in fact custy wanted to still pay me, i said don't worry, lucky i had understanding custy.
