Title: Algoclear ?

Been asked to price for soft wash of a painted building with light moss, and thinking about using Algoclear ( lots of plants about )
and wondered how long it takes to work ?

Too long.

Used it on a render job - left for 10 days before soft washing , yes it came off easily but it looked exactly the same as the day the algoclear went on.

If I did the job again I'd hypo leave an hour then soft wash - job done in one day

Shame that, trouble is the neighbours garden full of exotic plants backs on to wall to be cleaned !
Could just do a hit and run  ;D
