Hi everyone just after people's opinion, my Ro unit will get water down to 0.30 then it god through my di chamber down to 0.00 is it better to put straight in my van at 0.30 then buy a di vessel or is it no different what do people prefer

i like to filter my water b 4 it goes in my tank just my prefrence tho as its one mor thing to go rong in van as in winter it can freeze and also leak

Iv always put my water through the RO and into the tank, then run it through the DI as needed.
To be honest that's the way the system was when I bought it and have never found any reason to change it.
Advantages are you can bypass the DI and use RO water for conservatory roofs and fascia cleaning on properties that don't
have access to an outside tap, this will save on resin use.
Plus if your RO water happens to rise for any reason then you don't end up destroying your resin as well.
Disadvantage is you will have to carry the DI bottle in your van and if your tank TDS is still on the high side then you will have to
do a few TDS checks over the day just to be sure your resin hasn't failed.
At 30ppm I wouldn't be too concerned.

We have ours after the r/o and before the holding tank.
There are 3 of us drawing water so it doesn't make sense fitting a di vessel in each van.

I fill the tank from the RO and then DI before hose reel, but if I can I will DI after the RO to save on the DI in the van as I see this as the last resort so try to use as little as possible to save messing about getting it out
