Hi guys,
I would like to try working with self employed cleaners, but I guess I would need some form of contract to at least prevent them from taking my customers over. Does any of you know where I could find a template or is there anyone out there who does this kind of service.
Is it good solution in general or do you try to avoid hiring self employed cleaners.
Regards,
Adam

Hello, You need it written into both the clients and contractors contract with you, that they cant go direct. Put in a penalty clause for both parties if they do

We work with self employed contractors and have done for 35 years, works very well for both parties if it is done fairly
