Title: Gutter cleaning-cheap vacs?

I've been using a 1400w vac which is meant to be 30l although cuts off around 10l. Has anyone used a cheap vac that is suitable for 4-5 jobs per month.

The last one I brought was a new cheap large drum 3 motor 3000 wet vac  from fleebay for about 190 if I recall.
Does the job I want it to do but the downside it's not small.
