Im after some help please, so if you could all answer a few questions, it would help me loads.

GUTTER CLEANING.

What is the minimum you charge for a 3 bed semi (3 lengths of gutters) Access all around no conservatory etc.

To empty only.......?

To empty and clean G/S/F............?

Do you use vac or ladders?

Your areas.

Cheers lads, much appreciated.

£15 to empty gutters out..... (per side)
£35 to clean G/F/S......(per side)

for the side of a semi with F/S going up to apex  id charge £20, if it did have gutter, say on an extension it would be same as above

all off ladder  ;)

Mick clean out a few gutters and then work out what you need to make the job worthwhile, remember what you think
is a good price now might not be when you have cleaned a few and the novelty has worn off.

only do bungalows as I don't have a vac and no one to foot ladder.
Work it like this.
How much could you earn doing windows? £100. Ok forget that then :)
How long does it take and how much per hour. I would guess £60 to £80. If they don't like it...walk away.
I got asked a few time if I clean gutters. All with trees growing out of them. Don't think a vac would do it. If it would, then a vac isn't cheap and need to earn the money back.
These are northern prices. X2 down crap end of country :)
