Title: protective stickers on windows
Post by: lee_dewing on July 01, 2015, 08:37:06 am
Hi. All

As title

Got a big 7 bed house to do next Wednesday.

Has a couple of windows that has white stickers on window sill.

Warned custie may not come off, she has the light brown PVC.

Gonna put an order in with window cleaning warehouse probably.

Anyone recommend anything?

Thanks lee.

Magic erasers from supermarket,
PLEASE NOTE, I removed sticky stuff from white window frames in a few seconds no problem at all, might be worth a try, I was really impressed 👍

Be cautious brown PVC frames are only white frames vinyl wrapped or something similar .

The technique has changed over the years . Magic eraser could be just the job  gentle but effective .

Sticky Stuff will do it fine. Lift the corner with a blade and then use sticky stuff. Be careful with the blade not to slit the foil on brown frames.
