Found over the years that this seems a better way to go when doing larger shop/store windows

After having many pains from strain a friend of mine in the sports medical knowhow has advised me to use a pole more often as there is more larger movements, were as a squeegee in the hand has small movements which creates strain. I have had all my arm and wrist joints operated on due to small stain movements.
