Title: method statement and RAMS

I know its a bit silly but after 11 years i've never had to do a method statement or submit RAMS

Just landed a nice job of 42 retirement apartments in a 3 story block, well 3 blocks actually  arraigned in a square C shape.
Gutters and fascias to be done also.

What should I include?
