Title: possible silly question......
Post by: tim handley on June 28, 2015, 08:04:20 pm
zebra agitation pads.  Ive only ever used second hand ones which i bought a year ago, ive just started buying new ones to up the numbers, first one came on saturday, im using it on monday. My silly question, the new ones are very stiff, do they need to be washed prior to first use, or do you just soak/spray them and off you go???   In my valteting days all new mf cloths were meant to be washed prior to initial use, the new zebra pad feels very very stiff and im worried it may be a tad harsh if used in its current state....

Hi Tim, have you ever tried twist pile double sided microfiber bonnets  which are probably more effective when it comes to cost and results we supply many carpet cleaners with these at 16 euro each for 17 inch diameter which are ready to use from the box and  should be hard to beat on price quality and results, if you would like more info send me an email to info@jskcleaning.ie  regards Tadgh.

Yes wash them first at 40 degrees. No detergent and never use fabric conditioner with any type of pads.

John, used the surround ultra today in a large care home, totally stunning results and lots of comments about the super fragrance,
also there was a meeting there of regional management (didnt know it was part of a large chain), the regional managers were all very impressed and asked me for cards and also asked if i travel to different parts of the country, which i will, if the price covers all my expenses on top, they were well chuffed as was i, many thanks........  (again!
