Title: Leaflet distribution employed/self employed ?

For those that have self employed leaflet distributors what do you do just get them to sign a disclaimer stating they will be self employed and responsible for their own tax and ni if necessary  ??? ??? ???

just get invoice of them .... would you ask a plumber who comes out to fit a tap for you to sign a disclaimer or do you give a disclaimer to every customer you clean windows for ?

As Ian has posted, as long as you get a receipt for payments your covered, if they don't declare that's their look out.

I am thinking of dong this, just around the local areas, on a three monthly basis.   Mike on the General cleaning section gets all his work with this method.
