As title days really..
Noticed a puddle in van today, the backpack is leaking from the bottom at quite a high rate. Was half full of pure and chemical, now nearly emptied into my van!
Anyway of sorting this?

If it is the Gardiner one, then the pipe from the pump may be loose.

If it's not that old then ask for a replacement or money back

Yes its the Gardiners one, only around 8 weeks old.

Make sure that gravity isn't syphoning the liquid via the fitting on the end of the hose. I usually put my fitting in a bucket, or place the fitting through the handle (to keep it higher than the water level) - or just simply empty the backpack into a container if chemical is in there.
I know the aquastop fitting isn't meant to let water through unless a male fitting is inserted but it does happen.

Best way to find the leak is to take the tank off ( just take the front and rear screws out ) and turn the machine on, and you will see where the leak is.
