Title: New in the trade

Hello guys...

i am from India and just entered the business after realizing the potential it holds.

I have got a few commercial orders for highrise building say about 40-50feet.My employees are trained to work as spidermen i.e. hanging from the roof and cleaning the windows.Do you think this is the best method?just suggest some alternatives please...

i don't think health and safety would like that.

I think absaling is a better description unless they have sucker's on their hands and feet!

I'd say more an American influence than Indian.
