This job is down southwest of country an need price ASAP any ideas would be great
I was thinking down the line of £200 front an back
-
Bit cheap that !
-
Is the block paving included ?
-
I just thought half a day £200
Help me out mate, am trying to help a friend out
-
It's for a mate, who just starting up pressure washing, these houses worth half a million so don't want him to under price, but don't want him to over price and not get the work
He's been in touch with Ben and bought a nice little set up, even got a 18" whirlaway :o........... So it won't take him long,
He wants to give them a price tomorrow so any one up early put some suggestions please
-
That's a tough call if he is just starting out he is going to be really slow, it will be a painful learning experience ;D
I would have given him a figure to quote per m2, and had him measure up so he can get an accurate price.
I stopped just looking at a job and giving a guestimate ! I measure everything up now, and when they see you do this I think it gives the customer confidence that you are thorough, and not just pulling a figure out of the air.

£200-£250 with resanding
I could knock that out in a few hours but if it's his first job it will take all day.
-
Front £200 as he should be resanding it when dry and that may be another day which is more time traveling.
Rear is difficult as I can't see the full area but knowing people they will want 'that small path there and round the back of the shed there' so £185-225
Pikes would charge £450 front and a deal at £350 for the back 'to be sure'
If he's starting out he will need to get the work under his belt. His equipment will be expensive and he's got to sell it to them.

Just reread that ment without re sanding
That would be £75 - £100
Then weedkiller plus anythink else i can upsell them ;)

Looks like a days work….he won't be doing much else by the time he has finished £250/£300 .Plus sand and some fuel. Getting him measureing up so he has something to base his prices on.
-
What sort of cost if he was measuring up would you be charging per metre then please. Just starting out doing pressure washing myself and boy is I slow haha
I think instead of me just giving a price of the top of my head, I should be measuring and pricing per yard/metre - but unsure what I should go in at.
-
Region £350-£450 regardless of how much the house is worth
