You are insured for the property being worked on, and they cover pressure washing.    I was going to make a claim through them recently, and they were very prompt, and helpful, but in the end I cam to a settlement with the householder ( as you have to pay the first £250 of a claim )  but for peace of mind it is priceless !
You can pay by monthly interest free payments too.

I'm with A plan, so far so good mind you I've never had a claim
