I've two jobs coming up in the next couple of weeks that the customer has advised that there are marks caused by rubber. The first is prominent marks caused by rubber feet on furniture and the second job is heavy scuff marks caused by "gym flip flops". Has anyone on here any experience in removal of such marks? ???

If the furniture marks are from the heavy furniture being dragged across the carpet then it will be more than the black rubber to deal with it could Have caused a friction burn which damages the carpet.
The scuff marks could be an easy removal

the marks from rubber feet were from where an electric synthesizer was standing. What would you use to remove rubber Mike?

I would clean the carpet as normal and inspect the marks after cleaning to see if they hve responded to the wet clean, if they have been partially removed I would try along the lines of Ultrapac to see if it responds then if no luck try a citrus jel then move onto POG

Thamks Mike :D

Citrus Gel. If it is rubber migration from the rubber feet into the fibres (a brownish type stain) then it can sometimes be impossible to remove totally although you can usually obtain some improvement.
