Title: Aqua-dapter

Put in an order to the tune of £130 on Tuesday 9th of June, still haven't received the goods yet >:( >:( I have e mailed and phoned twice and left message but no response, absolutely diabolical service >:(. I don't usually like putting these type of posts on an open forum but I really have lost my patience with them now. 
I was wondering if anyone else has ordered anything from them recently and encountered the same problems?

Always had decent service from Steve!
Ordered from website last week and received my goods within the week.

Yes I had a similar experience a few months ago, ordered some bits and took a few weeks to arrive.
It's put me off ordering from them again..

That's my main gripe with Steve. Getting hold of him. Try online chat about 9pm

Good luck , I am still waiting  for goods from last year . He promised a few months back on here that he would resolve the situation

Got an email today, they had run out of parts for the aqua-dapter, now being sent out today.
