what is the best way to price and how much to charge thanxs ???

Although you may get an answer in this section, if you do a search in the start up window cleaning section you will findloads of onfo on prices and buiding a round.

Plus how tough it is to build a round and cope with the actual work .

Ask your mates where you live if they have a window cleaner and what he charges, this will give you some idea what to charge.

Next, look at you as a business, what do you want to earn a day, break it down into hours and work along those principles for charging. However long it will take to clean a house will depend on access etc...

you will soon learn, but like Ian said, its hard work.

i would first say that you have to fix your pricing according to the type of material you will need, then according to the surface area. You may have to consider your competitor's prices too ...
