Hi everyone,
I have just been asked to quote for a full spring clean and am unsure about what to charge. 1930's 3 bed semi with 2 receptions kitchen & bath. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned properly for approx 5yrs. I reckon it will take 2 girls 8hrs to do a proper job, this equates to £128 at my normal rate but since this is a particularly filthy job I am thinking of quoting £200 for the job. Do you think this is reasonable or OTT?

Hi Margaret,
I quote from £150 for a 3 bed house spring clean, anything more than that depends on the state of the place. So as you've obviously seen it and know its going to mean extra work, then yeah £200 sounds reasonable, to me anyway.
