I 'm on a particular window cleaning group that drives me to dispair - how do you get off it and block everything?

If it's the one which is plastered in Simpole adverts and abusive language then please remove me Mark. I think it's yours.

To many bellends on them facebook pages .
Ive met some nice people on the groups but the majority are numptys !

I think Facebook is very good . Get a lot of knowledge from their and helpful advice and even jobs .

Maybe, but when I see grown men and so called suppliers using the worst language possible then I'm afraid I'm out. Just find it a total embarrassment to be honest.
