Title: Best ladder clamps you can fit from the floor ?

But I need something that I can fit from the ground without having to climb up to fit, anyone know of anything on the market ?
Would help if they were lockable too  ?

Thanks Spruce, need just a clamp to fit existing roof rack .   Those systems are awesome though  ;D
