Title: how do you remove the black burnt stains from the cooking hob?

So that they look new again? I've tried the hobs shiner but tried to scrubs with a sponge but nothing works.

Screwdriver blade, window scraper, sponge wire wool scourer, oven cleaner, steam cleaner, mini wire brush, loads of elbow grease.

Hiya - I find that Hob Brite is fantastic maybe give that a go?
