Depends how thorough a job is wanted or that you want to do. Allow a day and you'll be able to do a cracking job.

If it's not been done in 10 years those roof bars and glazing is going to require some time.

About a grand should cover it (If your name is Mr Sanderson).

my reply would be "sorry love im too busy!" ;D ;D

if i was gonna take it on then id do it for £200 and take my time and spend 5 or 6 hours on it using a small trad pole,mop,squeegee,scrim/microfibre in a fixiclamp, small spray bottle with virosol in it and plenty of elbow grease.cif cream cleaner and non scratch scourers and a little set of steps.

oh and id use dust sheets on the floor as your bound to make a bit of a mess otherwise.

itll be an absolute pain mate esp if its sunny outside when your cleaning it!you ll be burning up!you ll also have a very sore neck by the time your done. ;D

Good job for a rainy day but nightmare if it is sunny. I would allow 1/2-3/4 of day but in all the years I have been cleaning never got a cons price right.  They just take longer than expected and an no go on a sunny day unless you want to be in a sauna all day

Don't undersell yourself it will be a harder day than just on the windows. Most people say gosh a day on the windows is so so much easier than a cons

I'd run a mile from something like that. If you do take it on and it's a sunny day wear sunglasses as you'll be looking up most of the time.

Also make sure they clear the cons as you'll be moving the steps dozens of times. Charge at least one and a half what you'd normally get for a full days work.

Be a awesome job to have . Think positive .
Book it in for a day when we have HEAVY RAIN .
Tell her your do it , but on a day when the weather is bad , therefore you earn a days wage still .
She can leave you a key and then please yourself .

Heavy rain day work , even if you price too cheap , at least you've earned

She can leave you a key and then please yourself .
But don't fall asleep on her bed after.
I've done that before and she's returned home  :-[.
