Title: Micro/Hose Repairs

For all you wfp users, if you don't carry spare hose to repair burst pipes, for about £2.99 you can carry a roll of Self Amalgamating Tape,

it is 19mm x 10mm x 10mtrs  and it bonds to itself, and to irregular surfaces and shapes, and is made to repair pipe's and hoses,  For those of you who have satalite dishes, its the same tape that sky use to insulate the plug on your dish, so it is also good for electrical work upto 38kv.

One tip I can give you is when you remove the backing paper, hold it onto the repair, about an inch from the damage, and stretch it,  wrap it around tightly for it to bond to itself, and create an excellent repair.

JEFF, i can see it now 6 months from now your hose will turn into garden water  hose, customers will pay you to water their lawns instead lol, I like your new avitar is cool ;D

You can probably get it from a near bye electrical retailer, if not you can buy it from screwfix direct for £2.99.

Its like a role of insulating tape with backing paper, you peel of the backing paper, and pull it tight to apply it, when the repair is finished the tape feels like rubber.

The reason i say pull it tight is that i didn't, and the repair had to be done again.

Jo you will be the ideal candidate for it, with all the inventions you come out with, it will save you a fortune in new hose pipes ;D ;D ;D ;D :P

jeff, a great idea for your avitar, make another reflection upside down next to the original one and that would be a lot smarter, like it was really reflecting,

i wonder if in  the future avitars will be sold like number plates they are fast becoming a personal status, starting bid for mine will be Mmm £500 ono lol

It'll Look nice with my self amalgamating Tape around the handle, Rubber Grip and all that  :P
