Title: Conservatory's
Post by: Shane sharples on May 23, 2015, 02:15:48 pm
Hi all, I'm going to view a job later , 3 windows at front, 2 on side, 3 on back plus conservatory. I know it's difficult to say without a picture but how do you price up a conservatory?

Conys are difficult. Sometimes they take 1 hour, sometimes a lot, lot longer. I always ask if they have a outside tap. This aids rinsing massively. Stops you using all your pure up. The shape matters also. A flat roof is easy access, some are hard to reach. I charge from £40 to £100. Northern prices :)

I thought you meant all the cony. Roof, gutters etc. Cony cleans on a monthly clean is easy, once the first clean is done. This is the hard one

I'm sure most thought the same Duncan, if you can price the glass on the property why couldn't you price it on a
conservatory.

Shane i charge £3 for a 2 side conny or £5 for a 3 sided conny.  Or another way i price is around 50p per panel.  So lets say it's a 3 sided conny with 3 panels on each sides plus the doors then thats 10 panels @ 50p each works perfectly for £5.  That's just how i price it though :)  Ignore the other guys bickering lol
