Title: Tenders and Contracts

Does anybody use one or more of the many companies who send out leads for tenders and contracts for small to medium businesses.
I have had two companys trying to sell me their expertise and am curious whether they actually bring in any work.

I have a contact who basically helps businesses win tendering contracts, he helped me fill in tendering application forms and he knew what needed to be written in them to win the contracts, was public sector,
