Nope a 100 PSI pump will blow the connections off as it will run flat out , Either spend a lot more on something more complete with an electronic flow controller or if you have the know how build your own for cheaper .
The empty box on its own can be bought for about £15.00 if you have a mate who is smart with electrics then it would be a simple build have a look at components on www.thecleaningwarehouse.co.uk the box is their you may well purchase a flojet pump and a controller from Gardiners .

Buy it and make/fit this - http://www.cleanitup.co.uk/smf/index.php?topic=192847.0
Pump & controller for under a ton and you get a fancy pants box to boot...

What does the flow controller actually do?

Controls the flow of your water and pump so you set and a desired flow rate of water that works for you and with an inline tap on your pole hose or end of microbore when you turn the flow of water off the pump will stop pumping .
Otherwise you will be running a pump flat out with no way of stopping it apart from walking back to van and turning it off use an inline tap without an electronic pump flow controller and the connections will blow off and you will have water all over the back off your van .
I tried it once and within a few seconds water was pouring out the back of my truck a 100psi pump is to point way to over the top for WFP use as we just dont need a pump that powerful for window cleaning , I run mine at about 1/3 of its capacity .

The pump in the OP's link has a pressure switch.
