Title: Best time of year for solar

Got a customer who has 2 large solar arrays on top of farm buildings.
He has asked me to clean them which is no drama, but he said did I know what the best time of year would be as he only wants it done once a year and want to get most benifit.
Any ideas?

It's heavily dependent on the local environment.  April and September may not be best.
