Title: Electro down

  6.6 in   :v
 
  The original HD Electro in my Enforcer had given up  , i changed the brushes on it a month ago so i'd say i had 600 hrs on it anyway .
I have replaced it with a 6.6  , i have two but i had no time to make more brackets so it will have to get on with my conical electro for a couple of weeks , its lasted three days so far !
Anyway anyone who wants to put 6.6s in the Enforcer u need to make  little spacers like in the pic .

my booster gets twin fan cooling so i can close the lid  .....   it is now showerproof like the Enforcer

That's a real neat and tidy set up John, looks great. Is that a flap over the fans in the booster, so it pops up when the fans are running?

no , nice idea but i dont think those fans would lift a flap  , is just a downward vent plate from the local plumbing place .  Thats why its drying the paving below it in the pic .  The fans are extracting heat... there is another vent on the other side to let air in .

I tend to use 1.5" to connect the booster to the machine , dont think it makes any difference as its moving about 100cfm .  But the place in the picture i ran 100ft 2" and then added 50 1.5" to that ... and it seems to make no difference , there is so much power in quad series/parallel  , it is the holy grail of electric motor power to me , i will use it as long as i use portables .

What motors have you got in your booster box?
What is the longest hose length you have run so far?

That would  be about the most i'v tried .. well 170 is all the hose iv got  .  I usually setup close to where im working anyway .  There is regular 3stages in the booster , i will upgrade them now that the cooling is sorted . But four of any vacs would work well i'd say .
