Do Gardiners sell gutter vacuum poles? Just had a quick search on their site and I can't seem to find them.
Cheers

Hi,
Which of the poles have the sprung metal clips on the outside? You know, the ones that don't stick together when they get wet.

Hi Grippa,
Thanks for the link.
Which pole set up would you recommend for ease of use at 40ish feet?
Helped a friend with some guttering jobs the other week and it took both of us all our strength to take the poles apart. His were similar to your tapered version I guess. Do the clamped ones come apart very easily?

Good Afternoon,
Thank you for your question.
The clamped poles have a stepped design which prevents the sections becoming stuck together - i would recommend the 36 or 42ft kit for your job.
I hope that helps.

Thanks Grippa ;D
Just found this by searching gutter vacs, how do these compare and why is the whole set up so much cheaper?

Looking into the vacs, what's the difference between a 240v or 110v system?

130 volts ;D

smart ass ;D

Funny how suppliers pipe up on here when there's a sale to be had just watching in the wings waiting to pounce lol
-
That doesn't bother me, providing they can justify the price difference and difference in performance between what appear to be 2 similar products.
-
I've got 10k to spend on the first supplier that comes on here?,wait for it good afternoon lol
-
If you spray a little wd 40 on the end of the poles they won't jam together after use.

Thanks Grippa ;D

Please accept our apologies for the delay in reply.
I would be keen to check the quality of carbon where ever the pole is purchased from. Just like when you compare WFP poles - most of suppliers offer carbon, but are they all the same quality?
Our machines are made specifically for us by Numatic and come with a 2 year warranty on the motors. The vacuum pole heads are moulded thermoplastic, which makes the poles easy to manoeuvre.
I hope the above assists you.

You raise a very good point here on performance - when comparing machines, its important to check the L/sec and flow rate, as you can have a high wattage machine with poor suction air flow, and a low wattage machine with a higher suction air flow rate.
