Title: Falch Pressure Washer - Help
Post by: Kev Martin on May 08, 2015, 06:22:43 pm
Can anyone help?  I have a small Falch Pressure washer it is electric.  Just started playing up a bit as it loses pressure after about 10 seconds!  Can anyone fix it for me?  I will get it to you and pay the going rate!  We just use it to pressure wash clean our planetarios on our machines after grinding and wash the van down now and again.

It looks like this one if it helps

It looks to be an interpump box jet Turbo 10/100  type design so no issues with parts etc. Could be an unloader issue - in which case you can try with the machine running turning the black numpty on the unloader all the way down and back up again a few times as it sounds as if the unloader is sticking in bypass.

Also worth checking the jet for any blockages and the GEKA fitting on the inlet too as these leak hideously with age.

The 10 seconds of pressure is the bit which makes the issue a bit odd, if it were water seals or check valves the issue would be instant.

Hope this helps

Check the inlet filter first

If I get ours up to you can you sort it for me?  It is probably something simple but we are snowed under with work at the moment on the Marblelife side and Tiling Logistics Orders just keep increasing weekly.

Can you call me on 07770 598855

Don't know where you looked but according to you we are 63p more expensive or did you look at the retail price to punters?
