Customer has had new seals fitted but fitter got WD40 over UPVC cills now they are stained  is there any thing to get rid of oil stain thanks

Providing they are white UPVC frames then use a citrus based cleaner such as tar remover for car paint work .

It will cut through it nicely , then use a mild detergent or degreaser like virisol or TFR  then WFP as normal

I would suggest that the customer contacts the fitter.  They are quick enough to contact us if our work is at fault so let them sort it out between themselves.  I say, not your problem.

+1 but offer your 'premium' service of the fitter declines to return.
Take your time, do a lovely job.
That said-I've never seen WD40 stain UPVC.

Thanks was going to suggest she contacts fitter but knowing this woman she wont want to make a fuss and would rather pay me to sort it
