Title: uPVC/Conservatory deep cleaning

How many of you guys add on to your business uPVC frames/conservatory deep cleaning, and what cleaning solution do you use?

hi darren.....cleaned 3 connys in the last two weeks plus facia and soffits.......virosol is my preferred choice i also use upvc cream cleanser by bondit  for any real stubborn marks

We do loads of them a great little earner.
We always use virosol just spray it on leave then brush off.

 Hi Darren, i also pretreat F/S/G or connys  with a mix of virosol  & water, before scrubbing & rinsing with WFP, cleans up a lot
 better & quicker.

How long do you guys leave the giro sol on for? Also what strength do you dilute it to? Cheers

I just put a good couple of glugs in a 5 litre sprayer and top up with water. Probably 20 parts water to 1 part Virosol at a guess. I spray up 2 or 3 panels at a time and work around. Usually leave on for a couple of minutes but that depends if the sun is shining or not. If Sun is shining then don't leave on as long. Dead easy.

Thanks guys.  Isn't virosol solvent based though?  Have you had any issues with it specially if it dries too quick on a hot summer day.

Nope, no problems with Virosol. In fact I used to use Ubik and switched to Virosol for this exact reason.
