Training how long till a new employee can be put in a van on their own if they had no previous experience?

25 years and then with a tracker fitted.

If the person has the same intelligence as Tosh, about 8 or 9 years.

I've had my employee for 2 years and I would be happy to let him loose on his own now.

I had someone for 6 months and by then he was more ready to go it alone.

Obviously it depends on the calibre of employee, I find they're ready to go after 3 days, various questions over the following weeks, confident within 2/3 months.

I reckon 2 months ... one month to get him up to standard and 2 months to learn round / customers
