Anyone have these ladder mat think there is 4 pads with a steal rectangular bar in the middle
Are they worth it and do they work
Supposed to work on slopes smooth surfaces etc
Thanks

The Rojak ladder stopper works really well think i have one in my garage somewhere
-
its a hit and miss depending on ladders used ( with/ without swivel feet). With swivel feet has tendency to slide on wet or damp surfaces.

these are what i mean https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xvUFxYbmU7I

That's what we have. As previously mentioned it works better with standard ladders.

Thanks for reply so do you have these ?
And do they really work on tiled floors as on video
Thanks

We use them, but I wouldn't trust them on tiles, or any smooth or slippery surface. My favourite ladder device is the ladder base mate which is fantastic. We use the ones that bolt onto the ladder.

wooden wedge works a treat
-
it is not used for grip. it is used for levelling out. Do not use for grip as it is not for this.

Hi
OK thanks for advise but how come on the video at the end it shows non slip on tiles
This is why I am asking
Thanks

just kick the ladder out on 1 leg ;D there not designed as a anty slip device just a lever a wood weg will do the same or even cut up bits of timber

For working on uneven ground, inclines etc. You need an A point ladder. Same principle as a tripod or three legged seat, won't rock.

I've got them and they're great for working on uneven surfaces. I've used them along with the Rojak ladder stopper.

When I used ladders...I used these as a leveller...they worked fine

The ladder matt is OK on a hard but crap on a mud or grass I found them a waste of money a wet towel/ wet micro fibre worked better on the wet .
