Title: Is a 75 ah battery enough to work two pumps one or two days a week?

Insufficient info.
Is split charge relay fitted?
Will you be re-charging battery overnight?

I would say that if you re-charge overnight, have a relay fitted and the battery is in decent condition, you would be OK so long as there are drive betweens.
Alternative to the relay - take a second battery out with you just in case.

Might just get a 50ltr trolley and be done with it ;D

There are a number of factors which will impact on battery use. A pump will draw between 3 and 8 amps an hours depending on whether you use a controller and what flow rates you run the pump at, Two pumps then will draw 6 - 16 amps an hour.

Battery manufacturers suggest you should not deplete a leisure battery below 50% of capacity in amps terms or 10.5V dropping the battery below this level on a regular basis will cause damage to the battery cells.

So if you start with a full battery at 75 amps every day you have 37.5 amps of usable current. Your split relay will only put back in some of the amps you use each day and how much goes back in will depend on how much driving you do during the day.

I would suggest bench charging the battery before and after you have run two pumps from it.

i hope to get a set-up for 2. then i know i can take more work on even to buy a round. if you know you have the gear to get 2 people working from your van you want to be sure you have enough power.

i just connect my numax charger upto battery left in van via extension cable into house. no reason now to bring the big batteries into the house. the fittings are fitted onto the extra 2 pins on the battery and left on. i then just push-fit my connection cable and close the doors.

With the above you should piggy back 2 110amp battery's and split charge them. You should never really need to mains charge a split charged battery that's only powering 2 pumps
