It not a round he's selling its just some canvassed work. as with all newly canvassed work it can go either way.
The fact that he's describing it as a round would stop me from touching it.

It looks to me like they are selling a bit of work to show the quality of their round building service.    You buy a small bit of work , and if you are happy, then you get them to build a bigger round.             Of course I could be totally wrong, but that is how it looks to me.

offer to pay when round completed,   let them know you will want more work after you have cleaned these.      some may drop out.

they may not like the look of you ;)  no offence

Thought so. I wouldn't pay up until I had been introduced to the customers at least!
