I got mine from Screwfix, http://www.screwfix.com/app/sfd/cat/pro.jsp?id=12937&ts=25205 I got 5, the great thing about having cones is that they dont blow over easy, the folding plastic ones are useless outside.

 8)  Macc are you a member of the Federation Of Window Cleaners. they sell window cleaning equipment to members and offer some fantastic prices.
I've just bought 2 heavy duty galvanised caution trailing hoses signs from them for £26.00 each.

Take a look at their web-site becoming a member has great advantages. :)
