Title: mastercraft heat set poly cream large rug

cleaned using encap rotay and extract , then blitz presray, agitate and extract v hot. still looks greyish in walked on area. this is 2nd time cleaned this type of rug and not getting any better at it. Any suggestions re product or method please. Simon

You have done your best, the fibres are scratched through wear and reflect light differently to unworn area's.
The danger is going too far and owning it, but you're safe with polyprop.
