Hi,
Could anyone give some advice on the best way to de scale the heater element in my Enforcer and which descaler you use.

shake a bit in  , also usefull for a varity of things u need an acid for in CC

Just ordered some off eBay. Presumably fill with enough water to cover element, switch on then sprinkle some in. Would you just suck it out with vac hose rather than pumping out ?
Probably basic questions here but don't want to damage machine.

Probably best to predisolve these things before adding to the tank , but i just shake it in if the water is warm . I run it through .
