Title: Flyer advice please

Hi I am looking to get some flyers printed soon so I am currently mocking up my first attempt at a flyer, please can you give me your thoughts on what should defo go on a flyer as obviously the space is limited so want to make sure I get it right.

Probably easier if you put something together and then ask for comments on it.
