Hi all. Just booked becci from leading call for next month. Hoping to get some contract works. Does anyone have any advice for me on this. It's a first for me and still quite new and if anyone has any contract templates for me to have a look at would also be great
Thanks

Hello mate,
Am I right in saying Becci is basically a sales lady ??
If so are you just employing her to get contact names or is she going to be submitting prices to these jobs for you, either way I don't see how you are going to benefit, unless you are just looking for a short term sales lady, where you could pick up a phone or send comp letters to sites yourself.
Nothing what so ever against Becci, or any other sales reps, I just think the only thing she can obtain is contact names as it's impossible to give them a price.
Any way mate I wish her and you the best of luck
Matt

You shouldn't need a written contract, just a verbal agreement. Becci will probably do you a good job and save you time , but don't be afraid of canvassing yourself, a good growth area is residential apartments try and get in with a few management companies, stay away from which starts with main and finishes' with stay residential.

Make sure you get actual appointments with decision makers, the ones who have the money to be able to say yes. I got a lot of 'appointments' but they were just told I was in the area giving free quotes and I didn't ever have one actual decision maker, they all had window cleaners and wanted to save a tenner.

+1 on MainStay. They are absolutely dire.
I've worked for them and been a resident on one of their sites.
I would never work for them now, unless they were paying in advance.
