Title: Come and say hi at the Dorset show.
Post by: Clever Forum Name on April 17, 2015, 04:24:43 pm
Mark M has very kindly offered me a spot to have my van on display.

I originally asked about the van show and was told the explanation of why the facebook groups still mention van shows.

Mark has offered me a spot and i was going anyway so i have decided to put my van on show.

Whether you are a professional or new to window cleaning i will welcome any chats.

(http://www.cleanitup.co.uk/smf/1429283652_Van to van.jpg)

In case you don't know who i am. My DIY van is on the left and my Professional van is on the right.

My latest van will have for the show....

GrippaMax 850L system with twin pumps.

Custom Grippatank storage.

Custom Rear Door storage.

Custom Rear tray storage.

Custom Led Lighting in load area.

Hose roller guides through floor.

Custom Reels mounted at height.

Electric cox reel with custom spring controller with a few new features.

Manual cox reel to demonstrate ease of use.

Extreme poles to hold and try. 18/22/25/35/47

Range of Gardiner Brushes - upto 30 i guess

Go Pro set up for gutter vac camera system.

Tools i have made to make my job easier and hint/tips.

Van Upgrades will include

Security devices designed and made with the WFP industry in mind.

Automatic reverse camera.

Upgraded HID headlights

LED headlights.

And a few other goodies.

So if you have a interest in window cleaning and like to DIY then come and say hi.

In the interest of charity i would like to offer a prize of £50 in credit to spend at Gardiner pole systems (this needs to be ok'd with Mark & Alex) Hopefully not an issue though.

Other than that

Thanks for reading

Damo

For those unable to attend, will you post pics of your transit custom set up, especially the grippatank extras you have installed?

Looking forward to seeing the vid damo. Shame I'm not going to the show, but I'm sure lots will find it interesting.

I reckon alongside grippa, you will be the second busiest at the show.

 ;D

Mayb it's just me then, but I always like looking at other guys set ups, and seeing ideas that can improve my own.

I think you might be surprised. I can't be the only one that is sad.

 :)

Haha!

I think we are on our own.

People seeing the van will clear a lot of questions up.

The roller system really does work.

The controller and reel are still very much in testing stage. Oilver at Grippa showed me how the reel can power OUT and IN. Can of worms opened haha.

So looking at power assisted reels on the out now lol.
